Friendly staff at the Front desk. They were knowledgeable on the location and near by spots to go around. The Stay was perfect and had no hassle at all. The housekeeping was also very responsive. I didn't explore the restaurants, as most of the time I was out. Will come back again!!.

Bed bugs and dirty bathroom towels. Abu Dhabi health authority needs to shut this hotel down! Very bad. Unclean mattress with bed bugs, i came here just to sleep quickly after a long day and woke up to my whole body itching and red. I went to shower to try to remove the bed bugs but the towels were also not clean with stains. I stayed in room 701. I then went to complain to reception and they were not bothered with my issue! I have left to continue my sleep in another hotel and to check myself in a clinic also! I am very unhappy with this place.

We were there for 2 days travelling from dubai to abu dhabi. We were excited but after reaching there i was really disappointed by the bathtub conditions.Its looks kind of old with so many scratches on it. For breakfast its so tiny area front of reception and they don't have their own cafe or dining area. Atleast should have small cafe or dining room.Its just Room was neat and clean and amenities were okay. If you are travelling on budget you can give it a try. But i would recommend to book a room near corniche area side so that u can easily roam around beach, bar and near to go to the emirates palace.

It's an older hotel in comparison to a lot of what's around, but the location is great; we walked to the mall in about 5 minutes, and there are many local food options within a short walk as well as you are right in the middle of downtown. The staff is very nice.
